ex-Jedi still get to have Jedi skills, which require some permissions of their own. as a general rule, I play with these sorts of things in tact, reacting to whatever you give me in your tag about what's up with your character, but if you want for these (especially the empathy) not to work properly around your character, please let me know!

empathy → this is the big one! this generally manifests in I've Got a Bad Feeling About This moments, being able to sense whether people are generally trustworthy or not, and how people nearby are feeling, more or less. if everyone in a room is upset about something, she'll know not to break the mood. if a character is deliberately trying to hide something (an emotion, a lie, etc.) and isn't doing a great job of it, she'll be more likely to suss it out, or at least ask the right guiding questions. she can also sense how "Light" or "Dark" someone is, mostly in a sense of "sliding scale from Virtuous Hero to Villain Who Even Hurts Kittens."

great hearing/presence sensing → Ahsoka is a togruta and they have a+ hearing, to the point that those cute horn-type things on her head actually function like passive echolocation chambers, helping her with spatial awareness and not getting snuck up on. that comboed with the notion that the Force connects all living things means that she base a pretty good base awareness of anyone in the same area as she is, even if they haven't necessarily made their presence known yet.

telekinetics/combat skills → this is a general sort of able to move stuff with her mind, including people if it comes to that. it's not something she's apt to use for show, but in case of emergency or combat, it's one of the skills she pulls out, closely followed by some really badass lightsaber moves.
